The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild has been updated to version 1.3.3. This update brings with it the Xenoblade Chronicles 2 sidequest amongst some other minor things. It adds support for the Champion amiibo, fixes a bug in the Hero's Path Mode, and "various fixes" to improve the gameplay experience. The first expansion to Breath of the Wild launched on June 30th, bringing with it some new content and challenges; however, the second expansion has yet to be released. Many people are wondering if it has been delayed or if we will ever get it. Kotaku recently got a chance to speak briefly with Reggie Fils-Aime, who said that the the release date is coming soon and to "not lock and load on November 10th."

Breath of the Wild's Champions have be a fan favorite, some more than others, and now they are getting their own amiibo. They will be launching November 10th in North America. Eiji Aonuma revealed some details about Breath of the Wild's next DLC, The Champions' Ballad, at the Japan Expo in Paris. We also got a small amount of footage from Nintendo's social media. Breath of the Wild is getting an expansion pack, which has been known for a long time, but we did not have a lot of details such as a release date for the different DLC. Breath of the Wild has officially launched for both Wii U and Nintendo Switch. We are working on our guides and walkthrough for the game now as well, since we finally have the game in hand. Coming from Reddit and Twitter, Amazon has been cancelling preorders for the Master Edition of Breath of the Wild. We don't know anything other than they have either oversold their allotment or Nintendo decreased it after giving them their initial amounts. Breath of the Wild is set to recieve some DLC later in 2017 according to a press release sent to us by Nintendo. You will be able to purchase the Expansion Pass for $19.99 when the game launches. Breath of the Wild launches for Nintendo Switch and Wii U on March 3rd, 2017. That is just 2 days after a recently announced panel is set to be held at GDC. This panel will feature developers that worked on Breath of the Wild.
