On the official Zelda Twitter, Nintendo has posted the screenshot you see of Tri Force Heroes above. It depicts 4 areas of the game and 4 stages per area. In the Tweet text - roughly translated - it confirms that there will be 8 areas in the game and each will have 4 stages. That makes for 32 stages total. This does not include any unknown stages and only covers what we know so far.

Toon Link - who debuted in The Wind Waker HD - has been announced as a playable character in Hyrule Warriors Legends according to a recent Famitsu leak. He will not be featured in Legend Mode, but will be available for use in the other modes of the game. The game will be playable at the Tokyo Game Show next week and we should have confirmation before that time if this leak is real or not.

In a July interview with Eurogamer, Pikmin developer and legendary game designer Shigeru Miyamoto revealed that the next Pikmin game is well into development. Nintendo has recently opened the Japanese teaser site for Tri Force Heroes. It prominently features a new trailer at the top of the site. The trailer introduces several aspects of the game; however, it it currently in Japanese only. More details will be shared once we know more and until that time - check out the trailer below...

The Shinesparkers have created several albums in the past dedicated to things they enjoy and this announcement is no different. Last night in Seattle, Nintendo hosted a Nindies@Night event at the EMP Museum to showcase the latest on indie games, as well as give some announcements for some of them. Some games shown off last night include Graphite Lab's Hive Jump, as well as Kerbal Space Program for the Wii U. Many fans of the game Minecraft have been waiting for the game to arrive on Wii U. This may be our first step into the full game on Nintendo- Minecraft: Story Mode by Telltale Games will apparently be headed to the Wii U, along with many other platforms.Take a look after the break for more information on this, as well as a trailer for the game.
