Nintendo UK recently begun shipping out preorders for the Zelda Faceplates shown in the image above. People started receiving them only to notice they were sent the other New 3DS faceplate instead. It turns out that the online store accidentally had the wrong serial numbers attached to each product, which means that potentially all orders were swapped. In celebration of it's 25th anniversary, developer WayForward is hosting a sale on a number of it's recent releases, many of which are on Nintendo platforms. The sale offers both 3DS and Wii U games at 25%-75% off their normal price. Among the discounted games is the excellent Shanatae and the Pirate's Curse and Mighty Switch Force. Majora's Mask 3D released a few weeks ago and featured several bugs and glitches. Those have been noted by Nintendo and developers have since released an update - version 1.1 - for the game that resolves many of the problems players faced under certain conditions while playing the game. Previously only available via streetpass, it's recently been announced that the eon ticket will be available via a download code until March 2, 2015. The code will work for anyone in North America or Europe who has not already received an Eon Ticket via Streetpass or distribution. The recently rumored Gold Mario amiibo has been confirmed for the U.S. today by Nintendo of America.
