A new trailer for Pokemon Sun & Moon has once again been released, giving us quite a bit of new information about the upcoming pair of games. This trailer revealed two version exclusive Pokemon that might help determine which version of the game you plan on getting. Two monkey Pokemon were revealed, Passimian is exclusive to Sun version and Oranguru is exclusive to Moon version. The previously revealed Rockruff is getting an evolution with two different forms, one exclusive to each version. Lycanroc is the evolution and it will be in Midday Form in Pokemon Sun and Midnight Form in Pokemon Moon. Here are the details on each new Pocket Monster:
Passimian -
Passimian is exclusive to Sun Version. It will have the new ability Receiver that allows it to inherit the ability of a fainted ally Pokemon.
Oranguru -
Oranguru is exclusive to Moon Version. It can learn the new move Inherit that will allow an ally Pokemon to attack a second time in place of Oranguru.
Lycanroc Midday Form -
Lycanroc (Midday Form) is exclusive to Sun Version. It can learn the new and exclusive move Accelerock that will always hit first.
Lycanroc Midnight Form -
Lycanroc (Midnight Form) is exclusive to Moon Version. The midnight form of Lycanrok will be able to learn the move Counter.
In addition to the new Pokémon, we were given details on a few new Z-moves for first generation Pokemon. Pikachu will have Catastropika that will deal a massive amount of damage. Eevee has a Z-moves that harnesses the power of every eeveelution called Extreme Evoboost that gives a +2 stat raise to each stat. Pokemon Refresh is a new feature that allows you to pet and groom Pokemon in a similar fashion to Pokemon Amie from Generation 6.
