Originally published on Pokeball Insider.
Pokémon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire Versions launched less than two weeks ago in Japan, North America, and Australia (November 21) and less than a week ago in Europe (November 28) and have shipped more than 7.7 million copies worldwide. Famitsu reported that the combined shipped units of both games were brought to that number this week, with a significant contribution from the European launch. We found out earlier this week that Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire saw the biggest Pokémon launch the U.K. has ever seen, surpassing X and Y's launch by 135%. It'll be intresting to see how much this number increases over the holiday season. Were you one of the people to grab one of those 7.7 million shipped units of the latest installments?
