Breath of the Wild was shown off at E3 2016. We got lots of information about the game alongside the new trailer that was shown. Nintendo said the game would break the boundaries for the franchise and games as a whole. Nintendo has recapped some of the announcements they made today in a recent press release. Breath of the Wild will feature 100 or more Shrines of Trials, different Runes, different types of climate that has a lasting effect on Link, ability to craft food, and more. Nintendo recently gave Zelda Wii U a new name. That name is Breath of the Wild and, in my opinion, reflects on the atmosphere of the game. They said it will break the "boundaries for the franchise and for games as whole." The game is set to launch in 2017 and we will be bringing you coverage of the game until launch and beyond. The upcoming Zelda for the Wii and Nintendo NX is now known as The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. The rumored ability to scale mountains has seemingly been confirmed. In the previous years, Nintendo of America has hosted mall tours that tour around different malls across the country, showcasing best selling and some new Wii U and 3DS games.
