Nintendo recently held a "Miiting"on Miiverse and the Happy Mask Salesman from Majora's Mask 3D took part in it. While a host of information was talked about - one fascinating piece was a mention from the Happy Mask Salesman about maybe showing up in a new Zelda game with new masks. We should all know by now that Zelda Wii U will have a vast world. Well, in a recent interview - Aonuma was questioned for more information. He said the world is "as large ... as can be realised with the hardware." In a recent interview, Shigeru Miyamoto talked a little about Zelda Wii U. He mentioned wanting to "go back" to the "open-world concept" of the original Zelda games. They took that idea and designed the game around it. Miyamoto hinted at a system similar to the one in Skyward Sword that made the environment change as you did certain things in game. While answering a question on Zelda Wii U - Shigeru Miyamoto mentioned having new ideas for Nintendo 3DS that have yet to be announced. We got A Link Between Worlds last year so another game on the 3DS so soon sounds a bit far fetched; however, this is Nintendo and they are known to mix things up at a moments notice.

During the recent shareholders meeting, Nintendo exectutives answered various questions. During the Q&A - Shigeru Miyamoto was asked about when new information concerning Zelda Wii U would be shown. He said that no information can be given now and that the team was hard at work creating a vast and open world that players would be able to sit down and explore daily.
